" 'Women
Taking Charge' " targets young women attending high school,
women in recovery, women receiving government aid, women re-entering
the work force, and single parents. 'Women Taking Charge' seeks
to inspire and inform women about job options 'they wouldn't
[otherwise] think of,' Poulos explains."
..."As one of the girls counsels
as the video closes, 'you better think about where you're going!'

The Daily Review by Claudia Miller
"...Kleist
has fixed high-tech equipment at Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory
for 20 years and often works with the lab's particle accelerator.
"It was difficult in the beginning. Being a woman in a job
like this you have to be better than the guys for them to accept
you" Kleist said, "But after a while, if you're good
it doesn't matter . I do it well, and that's all that matters.
That I'm a woman is besides the point."
Scenes of the
video were shot by cinematographer Glen Gustafson who now works
for Cinesite and has worked on such films as Titanic, Devil's
Advocate, Alien Resurrection, and Pleasantville to name a few.
