Monday - Roasted Pork Tenderloin, or Baked Chicken Breast, Red Beans and rice with conecuh sausage, sides includes: cornbread dressing, rice and gravy spinach casserole, purple hull peas, baby limas, red ripe sliced tomatoes, cole slaw and roll.
Tuesday - Hamburger Steak with mushroom gravy, real mashed potatoes, early peas, cream corn, sliced tomatoes, cole slaw, and roll or cornbread.
Wednesday - Wrapped chicken breast in mushroom sauce, or Fresh Salmon with Parmesan chive butter sauce, twice baked potato, green beans, early peas, green salad, cole slaw, and roll. Shrimp salad on an avocado or French bread with choice of: fresh fruit, potato salad, cole slaw, pasta salad, green salad.
Thursday - Pot roast, with choice of: mashed potatoes, fresh collard greens, baby limas, early peas, etc., with roll or cornbread.
Friday - Crawfish Etoufee' with salad and garlic bread. Or pulled pork with baked beans and cole slaw or potato salad and garlic bread.
